When you request a quote
The quote form asks for your name, email, phone number, vehicle details, neighbourhood or city, requested service, and information about your vehicle’s condition. A link to photos is optional.
You can review and edit your details before submitting. When you submit your request, the form sends those details and any photo link to Formspree for delivery to King’s Touch. This form accepts photo links and does not upload photo files.
What happens to your information
Information you send to King’s Touch is used to understand the requested work, answer your questions, prepare a quote, and communicate about your service. Formspree processes quote form submissions, and the business’s email or enquiry providers process the resulting communications.
Only share information relevant to your vehicle and service. If you share a photo album link, check that its access settings match what you intend to share.
The online enquiry form
You can also choose to use the separate online enquiry form, hosted by LeadConnector. Information entered and submitted there is processed through that provider. Its privacy notices and terms apply when you use that form.
Website storage and third-party links
This website uses session storage to remember whether the quote invitation has already appeared during your visit. It does not store your quote details in that storage. Draft form details remain in the page’s memory and may be lost when you refresh or leave the page.
The site does not install advertising pixels or visitor-notification tracking. Hosting providers may process technical request information, such as an IP address, to deliver the website. Links to Google, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Nextdoor, and other external services open websites with their own privacy practices.
